Customer wanted me to pass of his thoughts to both of you. He says that the nonpay tech has been a very respectful and good guy.  He has always treated Rick fairly and does so with the utmost professionalism.  He is not threatening but instead made some great suggestions to Rick on considering down grading services to help him get on top of his debt.  Please pass this on to IMS.

We just had a technician service our modem.  His name is Steve - technician #108.  Both my husband and I were impressed; his professionalism and personality were outstanding.  He took the time explain what he was doing and was very thorough.  Service like that makes us happy to be customers.  Thanks again & keep up the great work!

Tech 196 cx states tech was excellent, patient, informative, friendly. cx very pleased with tech.

Wanted to pass along that Tech was doing a great job, and was very thorough with the installation. At the time that we called, Tech was helping him set up his printer, and helped the customer get his computer connected and running on his new internet package.

IMS helped us out once again.  I had an escalation today and I called Rob to see if he could have a tech  go to an address.  I know the techs are extremely busy but Rob took the address and had a tech go right away.  Just wanted to let you know that they are always willing to help and that we really appreciate it.  Thanks again Rob.

Just wanted to send a big thank you for the help that IMS had given this morning. 

Escalation from day prior and he picked it up no problem.  Even though the techs are very busy right now with month end work volumes he was more than happy to help out.

I received many compliments for the super’s and tenants at this building for the great work your team did.
