Established in 1997, IMS is a full service communications contracting company, providing services to major telecommunications providers residential and commercial customers in Canada.
Formed in Oakville, Ontario with the combined technical and quality commitment background of its founders, IMS has rapidly grown to be a full service contracting firm servicing Canada's multi-system cable operators throughout Canada. Its head office is in Hamilton with multiple work centres.
Recognizing that our success is tied directly to the customer experience, we have assembled a team of technicians that we are extremely proud of. Day in and day out our uniformed and trained technicians deal with hundreds of customer appointments, service repairs and fibre work to resolve any issues that may arise, all in a safe manner.
